Ocean Beach, SD
Finally a weekend I enjoyed. I have got to learn to say 'no' to things that bring me down.
Finally a weekend I enjoyed. I have got to learn to say 'no' to things that bring me down.
It has been a long time since I have updated this blog. At one point, I just wanted to take a step back and just shoot, but not share.
So here is a quick catch up on the new quarter. New apartment, and sophomore year of college. It's been a better year already and a lot of new things lined up for me going forward.
Winter break made me realize what I missed from San Diego, the beach. My dear friend Ryan drove me from LA to UCSD along the coast and I promised myself that I will visit the beach the next morning.
The moon that day was especially huge. It helps to live on the west coast when you have the weird urge to capture a moon-set instead of a sunrise.
I went to La Jolla Shores early morning on the very first day of the quarter. Definitely the best way to start the quarter.
As I sat there, people jogged past me. Everyone just smiled and past except for Mrs. Granger. She had a look at the pic of the man in the water and asked if I was a professional. When I told her that I was just a UCSD freshman, she told me about her husband Sir Clive Granger, Nobel laureate for economics who taught at UCSD.
